Joseph Finley

Inchelium District Representative

Council member Joseph Finley, one of four Inchelium district representatives on the Colville Business Council, serves as the Chair of the Elections committee and Vice Chair for the Community Development and Health and Human Services Committees. He brings experience in clinical practice, leadership, and community service to his role.

Joseph earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Eastern Washington University. He completed a pharmacy residency at Virginia Mason in Seattle and previously worked as a Critical Care and Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist at the University of Colorado Hospital.

His volunteer experience includes participating in Youth Leadership Camp and supporting a youth homeless shelter during his time at UW. Joseph chose to serve on the Colville Business Council to help influence the tribe’s path forward, support the youth, and care for the elders who have cared for the community.

Outside of his council responsibilities, he enjoys golf, hiking, camping, and spending time with his family.
