Inchelium District Representative Cindy Marchand is serving her first term on the Colville Business Council as the Fisheries Chairwoman. Prior to being a council member, Cindy had been a 27-year established employee of Colville Confederated Tribes, most recently working for the Environmental Trust department, where she served as the CERCLA coordinator. Through that role, Cindy gained extensive experience in environmental policy and project management. Earning her A.A. and a certificate in accounting from Spokane Falls, as well as her B.A. in Interdisciplinary studies with an emphasis in Business Administration. Cindy continues to further her education in her free time by pursuing her M.A. in business Administration and taking native language classes.
